With a specialization in VRF technology, we have spread our knowledge to a wide range of locations and clients. Two unique accounts that we have taken on are located in Dominica, and Saint Kitts, resorts managed by Hyatt, and IGH.
A preventative maintenance and training program was implemented for both resorts to provide their engineering and HVAC team with the skills required to service all VRF equipment with remote support from Brazed Mechanical. Annual visits are made to these resorts to review system functionality and refresh all on site technicians on general service practices for the equipment.
Our service plan has allowed us to turn a resort operating at 50% capacity into a well oiled machine that never experiences a down time of any unit for more than one week. With a general maintenance program and well trained on-site staff, both resorts have reported major improvements in the operation of HVAC equipment. What was once a problem, leading to continual complaints from guests has become an afterthought in the general operation of their facility.
