We service multiple medical buildings that have aging rooftop equipment and the need for better climate control within the facilities. One 7,000 square foot medical building, in Norton, MA, required a retrofitted duct design.
In addition to retrofitting the duct design, we also replaced one gas-fired rooftop unit, commissioned the unit, and set the economizers to free cool properly. These systems all had custom-designed ductwork to deliver the cooling to the two small refrigeration rooms that need to be cooled year- round.
Because we also hold state licenses in plumbing and gas, we were also able to provide the installation of the commercial plumbing for bathrooms, stainless wash sinks, underground cast iron drainage piping, and copper vent piping.
