Problem
Hampton Beach is one of the senior living locations that we service, and prioritize. Toshiba Carrier was the VRF culprit at this location. They had control issues with systems changing set temps, jumping signals, function modes changing, thermostats improperly commissioned. There was no reliable monitoring or control from the central control interface.
Solution
As part of our standard practice, we perform a full site evaluation. During our evaluation, we were able to identify major issues with control wiring and addressing of the system. With a project as extensive as Hampton Beach, and with the issues identified, the correct course of action was to fully recommission the system. Our team took on this venture with vigor and was able to successfully recommission all 16 VRF systems without disturbing any tenants.
The remedy provided has resulted in a system that works exactly how the manufacturer of the equipment says it will. Our client is now able to provide their tenants with a top of the line heating and cooling system that is comfortable and reliable.
